Here at Protection Pest Management, we know you just want a pest problem solved, so we tried to make it simple! We separated Residential and Commercial customers in our pricing plans due to the wildly varying needs and demands of different commercial customers. If you’re interested in hiring us for commercial servicing, please contact us with a list of locations you’d like serviced. We will visit all the locations and submit a quote for your review! For our Residential customers, here’s what to expect:

First Visit: $250 per location

During the first visit, PPM technicians will talk to the customer and evaluate the pest problem. The customer and PPM techs will work together to create an appropriate treatment plan for the customers pest problem. A treatment for the pest problem is applied during this visit.

To keep a pest population from returning, or from another one moving in, usually a treatment plan is necessary for each customer, but PPM does offer one-time visits, to be charged every time as a “first visit” ($250). We do not bind our customers with contracts to continue our pest control services. If you are unsatisfied with our services, you are able to discontinue at any time with a simple text or email!

Monthly Treatment: $60 per building/Every other Month (EOM) treatment: $80 per building

After the first visit, PPM charges customers $60 a month OR $80 every other month (EOM) to continue pest control services at their location. Every visit, PPM techs will put out active and preventative treatments to protect our customers from ants, spiders, wasps and if present rodents (among others like Box Elders, please text or email us to find out more!).

Specialized Treatments: $250+

Customers with extreme pest situations, or heavy infestations, may be subject to additional charge for added labor and supplies. Here’s an example: carpenter ants are determined to be inside a home owners walls. A Carpenter Ant wall drill treatment is: $250 for 1000 sq ft., $350 for 2000 sq ft., and $450 for 3000 sq ft.
